VERY POOR SYSTEM/OPERATIONS

The African Bank system is pathetic. I am over their system. I am not planning to use them in future for any reason whatsoever. I had a loan with African Bank, Requested for settlement statement of which they did not send. They cannot even call you back after requested a call back. I opened an account on their website to settle the loan, unfortunately their website is not updated. For some odd reason they say I am still owing after paid up my account.

Very poor system!!!!!
