Very Poor and Bad Service Alberton City

Very Poor Service received from your Alberton City Branch.

I app**** for a personal loan and was approved by Petronella at your Alberton City branch.

I have had to contact Petronella on a daily basis for a week to find out what is going on with my loan application.

Up until today i still dont have any answers and all i ever get is excuses.

My last phone call to petronella she was very rude and advised me that i should wait as she cannot help me.

I was also told by her to phone my own bank and ask for the mandate to be passed, is this not why she is employed by african bank?

I have taken up a loan with african bank in the past and i had such a good experience and the money was paid into my account the next day?what happened that this is now the level of service i received.

I will not recommend African Bank to anyone ever, this was the most disgusting service i ever received.

1 week later and even after being approved have i still not received my personal loan.

If anyone ever needs to take up a personal loan please don't consider african bank as you will be treated badly and the process takes longer than a week with no answers or updates.
