Very Pathetic

Created a new aplication and only part i need to do now i go to branch and collect the cards . now the branch closest to me is closed and nearest one is more than 100km away from me.

phoned to see if there is no other way we can sort this out just to get told if its not activated in 2 weeks time it will get canceled and nothing they can do . how is it no my problem the branch is closed and the other branch in next town over is also closed . leaving me with nothing on hand and the app is useless doesn't matter what you do on there it keeps getting errors etc.

i really don't understand why these things cant be couriered im not the one that closed the branch

and the mobile branch that sits on in front of new building im assuming only has a guy playing on phone that keeps say we closed what is the purpose of it then???
