Very irritated and appalled

How disappointed I am with this bank. I have a 7 days notice with them which I did notice on the 10th of December in order to have the funds available on the 17th. This bank, I have been calling them and they have a nerve of telling me that the supervisor in the investment department is not on duty. Can I please be advised is the money going to be manually transferred into my account coz as far as I know all these things should be done by the system. I am appalled by the service I am getting from them. Sadly I also have a 32 days notice which I am truly cancelling after this stupid service I am getting from them
