Very Inhumane Bank

I just got of a call explaining to the collections dept I need to an arranagement as I need to make urgent payments elsewhere. I have never met such an inhumane bank like African bank. I had to threaten non-payment to get an arranegement. I am working my butt off to ensure I settle this loan by end of this year and close all accounts. I even app**** for work with African Bank and I dont wanna work for such an inhumane bank who needs to be threatened with the NCR to get somewhere.
