Very frustrated!!!

I received a SMS in December that I qualified for a payment break. I was delighted and went to the nearest branch which was Protea Glen to enquire how it works. I was told I quality for a 1 month payment break and an additional 2installments will be added to my loan. I was happy and agreed. Now its January and I have received more than 10 calls from African bank collections and being harassed as if I'm a common ******** who is running away from my obligations. IM NOW 1MONTH IN ARREARS!!! The first 2agents who called didn't know I'm in arrears for which month and they promised to call me back, mind you this is after confirming my ID number and address and company I work for TWICE! To this day they haven't returned my call. The 3rd and 4th agent that called ,our call got cut and nobody called me back immediately to continue our call. I blatantly refused to confirm my details to the 5th and 6th agent as I was utterly frustrated with this. I demand a team leader from collections to call me and explain to me how does my account fall into arrears when I was given a payment break? I also demand that my details be updated and not reflect me being in arrears as I asked before I accepted the break, now my credit records is going to be tarnished because of their incompetence.
