Very dissatisfied with service

I have never in my life had such a terrible encounter with Bank.. today around 7:00 am I received a text message that my Credit Card access has been blocked I need to visit the branch to update my fica docs. I went to the branch around pass 11, the branch closes at 13:00. I sent a call request to see if I can be assisted on the phone as there was only one consultant working and a couple of customers, I received a call and was requested to give the phone to the consultant so she can be told what she needs to do. Ok I went back to the line waited for my turn. When my turn came it was around 12:40, the consultant started telling she is having system problem, the page was indeed just loading, she told the rest of the remaining customers and they all left the branch. I asked what needs to happen, she restarted the system and asked me security question you could see she was in a hurry to knock off and leave. She insisted I know one of the account in a security question and I told her I have no clue, she said u must know one account, I told her I don’t know any of the account.. that was settled and then she told me everything seems fine I can even go withdraw from my credit card, I told her but the consultant who called and spoke to her said the accounts are blocked... she said no while standing up everything is fine and addressed me while standing. She even told me when I withdraw the money I must not select Credit Card on the type of account when ATM gives me option to select I must select saving which I found very odd because it’s a credit card. I went to the ATM and I couldn’t withdraw clearly because the account has been blocked, I tried twice and still nothing. At that tie it is charging. All this because of an *********** person who was in a hurry to go home forgetting we can way before her knock off time.. her Name is Eva at Soshanguve Crossing branch. The sad part is I still have to make another trip to the bank because of some *********** people they put in the branch to assist us when they are not even willing.
