Very disappointing!

I app**** for a loan on the 15th of September. I did everything they asked and sent all the paperwork but every time I called there was an excuse. On the 30th my loan application was no longer showing without any feedback or reason why. So I reapp**** on the 30th. Today its a week later and every time I call it is excuses or they don't answer and I have to wait longer than 5 minutes and then the call ends. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Very disappointing.
