Very bad services

I will never recommend anyone to African Bank,since I have been waiting for them to update me regarding my ***** case from June..My life is stuck because you busy deducting money from my account even if I am under investigation...for how long am I suppose to wait because you said it takes 42 days...you have such a bad service
