Very bad service. Not taking customer complaint seriously

I have raised a query with African Bank on the 18th of dec 2020 and till this day no feedback was received from them regarding my complaint. This Bank takes its customers for granted and no level of respect is there for its customers. Firstly it was the rude consultant and then the on there most disrespectful supervisor and then the other supervisor who acted as if he is willing to help but nothing has been done not to mention the so called support team.
