Very BAD SERVICE

So i app**** for a credit card, approved last week and sent them the supporting documents as well last week but till today i am still awaiting for feedback, tried calling ***to follow up with them with no success, this is really not a good client experience service at all and trust you me i might as well apply with other banks.
