Very bad service

I've actually transferred 4000 on my credit card on the 25th and till today i am still waiting for the funds to reflect, African bank gives the worst service ever, this is really bull****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
