Very bad service African Bank

I have been trying for over a month to get my money that I paid to African Bank reversed as they never opened an investment account for me as they promised and every time I go there they have a new story and some excuse why I can't get my money back no one must ever invest with them you will lose all your money Very bad service and I want my money back that they stole from me
