Very bad service

I am considering taking my salary away from this bank because you guys are failing to resolve simple query,I was asked to send Affidavit which I sent to *** on Saturday 03/10/2020 only to receive sms on Monday saying my query has been closed because I haven't sent documents, if I dont receive my money this week,I am closing the account and moving to another bank (ABK***6
