Very bad service

I took out 2 loans in 2012 and paid. Then I went in debet review and paid what was ordered. Then my husband died and I could not afford debt review amount. The bank suggested a paid R50 per account and I paid by EFT every month. In December 2022 African bank called and said they will charge by debit order the 2 by R50 instead of EFT. End December it went off. This month original amounts went off and when I phoned the lady said I have to phone every month to make an arrangement. I was on the phone 22 minutes. After all that time I was still not helped. The service is past bad. They cannot understand that I will never be able to afford the original payments.
