Very bad on resolving customer complex issues

Can someone call from african bank I've been asking the same thing over and over I went to your branches they can't help your consultants at the banks have limited knowledge on how to assist with complex situation. Your request call back function seems not to work as I have been requesting call bank with no joy. And when I say please call I don't mean dial my number and let it ring only 3 rings then drop it when I am about to answer then come to this platform and say you have tried to contact me.
