Very bad customer experience . African bank sales

I have app**** for a loan on the 30th from At African Bank online. Supp**** all information required and every time I follow up I am being told that they are escalating to affordability for feedback.

Despite the promise that they will get back to me nothing has happened. Been told to send docs which I did and no one is providing any feedback. It’s more than 4 times being told they escalating but no feedback.
