Very Angry

Am not happy with African Bank service I've app**** for a loan with them at the branch then got approved I signed their contract and everything I provided them with was exceptional and everything went well when they suppose to deposit the money into my account they telling me to send them the employment letter with the stamp then I do after no message or anything whether your money will be deposited just went mute no message I had to call them find out why the money is not deposited they telling me that the head office is not certified with my information hence it was declined then I apply again online the it get approved again there after they call me telling me to.go to the nearest bank there after head office calls me to tell me it got rejected and I ask them they tell me they don't know whenever i call they busy transfering my call to alot of branches like am.so ****ed now
