Very angry

<p><!-- [if gte mso 9]><xml> <o:OfficeDocumentSettings> <o:AllowPNG/> </o:OfficeDocumentSettings> </xml><![endif]--></p> <p class="MsoNormal"> </p> <div class="WordSection1"> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-ZA" style="font-size: 10.081pt; line-height: 140%;">I have been trying my utmost best to bring my African bank account up to date,this is now about the 4<sup style="font-size: 10.081pt; line-height: 140%;">th</sup> or 5<sup style="font-size: 10.081pt; line-height: 140%;">th</sup> time you guys make a mess up on my account .My account was in arrears with a R100.00 only,on the 20<sup style="font-size: 10.081pt; line-height: 140%;">th</sup> June there was no debit from African bank so then I went ahead and made payment .I then received an sms saying there was a problem with them debiting so they will debit on that day….they debited so I requested for my bank to reverse because I had already paid.When I check this morning it shows im in arrears by R174.i need this rectified ,I do not care how but you need to fix that .I will pay The R100 that I was in arrears with now and I need the rest sorted out by African bank.</span></p> </div>

What annoys me the most is that the person that called me was not really willing to assist as far as I see it .its the 19th today ,tomorrow I get paid meaning African bank will debit the normal instalment which will bring my account up to date however that now means the compliant abt the access of R74 will ignored …I do not understand why this query was resolved on the 15th as promised
