Utterly disgusted with African Bank and UBank

I am a UBank client. I am an unemployed mother and receive the children's social grant through my UBank account. I lost the bank card in May and its been a nightmare since then. I could not get a replacement card from UBank because they cited that they no longer give out bank cards due to them being absorbed into African Bank. I requested an internet banking profile to move the money and I was told that it is not possible. I live in Benoni and was told to go to Westonaria as that is the only branch that can assist. I travelled a total of 53 km using four taxis at a cost. I was told return after a month because the data migration was not complete and there was no way I could be assisted. I was given another date. A month later, I went back and still no assistance. I am surely going to lose my social grant because it hasn't been used in 3 months. I am still waiting for the bank to decide when it will be convenient for them to extend us the courtesy of accessing the only income we have.
