Usless bank
Do not do business with this bank.Although I have a lot of money with them they appear not to have my contact numbers.Yesterday to resolve an issue I phoned them.I was pushed from pillar to post for half an hour before they cut me off.They want me to go to Home Affairs (can you imagine the queues) to had my finger prints verified, God knows why.I have accounts with FNB,Standard and Capectic and they have never requested this.

08 Oct 2023, 17:15They have my mobile and landline number plus my E mail address.They claim they can't get hold of me in spite of me being at home 24/7.I spent half a hour on the phone with them at my expense 2 days ago.When they couldn't supply an answer to why they can't renew my expired debit card they just put the phone down. I think this bank operates like the ANC,all words and no action.
