Useless insurance policy!
African Bank refuses to answer email inquiries regarding Credit insurance. Just got a call from a call center agent asking if I was aware that I would be debited for this month - even though insurance documentation has been sent through and I am still owed a month where I paid and insurance was meant to cover. Agent by the name of Pakama has ignored 7 emails I have sent.

21 Sept 2020, 10:19I don't understand why you are never willing to answer in writing. Don't see the point in having ANOTHER conversation with someone in your company that never gives written confirmation of your actions.
