Useless credit card

I have a loan and a credit card with african bank which I have been paying very well without fail. started paying for my credit card in June 2024 My ref number is AFBNK *** 240725. My concern is that I am unable to use the available money though I can see it on my app. My question is why is it displaying as available amount if I am unable to use nor withdraw it?Maybe, I don't understand the meaning of owning a credit card. Had I knew I would have accepted the FNB offer instead of African Bank
