Useless Bank

I've never experienced such bad service in my life. My advise to anyone taking a loan with African refuse to pay extra for insurance. Their insurance service is useless. My contract ended in May this year and I was an independent contractor. I explained that I'm not eligible for any UIF funds. Therefore I would like to claim from my insurance. I submitted ALL documents requested. I've logged complaints on this app. I've been to the branch few times to follow up. I've called the insurance line and their number doesn't go through.

It's almost 4 months waiting for feed for the claim I submitted May this year.

I will never ever advise anyone to bank nor associate with African Bank. The most useless bank I've ever dealt with
