Useless bank cant even provide a loan statement on a regular basis...

I have been requesting my loan statements from this useless bank only to be ignored now. I have not received a statement in nearly a year (since May 2021). After jumping through hoops I was told I would have to go to a branch... This is complete ******* as I was receiving a statement for years and it suddenly stopped. My email address did not change and neither did any of my other contact details. This place is useless and I recommend anyone to not even bother using a bank that won't treat you as the valued customer you are. As soon as my last payment is done with this piece of **** bank, I am done and will never contact them for anything again (whenever that may be as I don't get my statement which I am entitled to get by law so I have no idea what my balance is)

Perhaps if I cancelled the debit order with my bank I would finally be contacted about this as I have been ignored now after my last email to customer service.
