Useless bank

To say I'm mad is a understatement so I'm trying to log into my banking app via app says my details is not correct so I log into my online app still my details is not correct I then reset my username and my password but when I want to reset my pin it shows something wrong try again later why I need to access my app to transfer money

And it's not about the app it's about the fact that I'm getting a error when I try to reset my pin

The username is not the problem it's correct the problem is when I put in my pin it gives a error/something went wrong so when I try to reset it it says unexpected error has occurred try again later

If you have only forgotten one of your login details, you can click on "Reset" by "Forgot login details" here: www.africanbank.co.za and then choose which login detail you forgot. You need to know your username and PIN to reset your password.

That's what I've been doing the whole weekend it's not working it's like you not understanding what I've explaining to you if you read my messages from the start you will see I explained that I'm not able to excess my banking app because when I put in my login details It was said i put in the wrong details even though it's my correct pin so i tried logging in to my internet banking it showed the same thing so i tried to reset my pin thats when it showed me an unexpected has occured try again later

Problem is not with my username or password the problem is with my banking pin

If you have blocked your profile, you'd need to visit your nearest Africanbank branch to reset the entire profile.
