Useless bank
What a useless bank their service is appalling, and their employees are clueless. I app**** for a short-term loan and was declined because they couldn't confirm my employment, meanwhile nobody asked for my employers contact details, when I called them to complain I was encouraged to reapply, and I was rejected for the second time for the same reason, but my employer confirmed that they didn't call him. They just wasted my precious time. When I went to the branch I was told that it's showing on MY profile that they couldn't find my salary for April on my bank statement and I showed the consultant my bank statement and he saw that my salary for the month of April is showing

09 May 2025, 10:00This is a stupid response I was not correctly informed about the procedure I gave the consultant my bosses cellphone number why didn't she inform me that I need to give an office number or give me the option to get a letter of confirmation. I don't even blame the staff member I blame the bank cause your employees are not well trained. Futsek
