Useless bank.
Imagine being stranded in the middle of nowhere because of a useless bank and you have money with them. Im trying to make a payment, the App is offline, online banking also gives some error customer service works office hours. I don't need a loan, i have money saved in my acc but can't access it digitally cos online service not working. Very disappointed.
