Useless and *********** African Bank

2 years later and the incompetence and response time of African Bank has not changed. I had almost forgotten how useless this bank can be. I was assured that my application would be finalized by Monday the latest. It is Wednesday today, no feedback and they are ignoring y emails and calls!

I am getting the same back and forth between myself, the bank and my HR - with their ridiculous request of letters and forms to verify employment causing more admin and delays. Same issues I experienced in 2017! I'm literally going through the same nightmare over again! At least COMMUNICATE! I'm not asking for favors! I will be debited for this.

I planned my whole life around Monday, even took the day off only to be disappointed again. Greatest weakness is lack of communication from Mall of Africa branch including their Manager, Lerato - she promised I would get a call yesterday and up until today I have received no feedback from them!

I have called., SMS'd and even sent emails. I should have learned my lesson and gone to a different bank.

African Bank is the Mabena of all banks in SA! I am filled with regret right now! If you have urgent matters, please never rely on this *********** and useless bank!
