Useless African Bank that doesn't give a damn about their clients.

This must be the 5th or 6th time I'm writing a review on hello Peter about African Bank,but not even this seems to be helping,the worst part is,nothing I do is helping,***** was committed on my Account,money was ******,did everything that was asked of me and after weeks of running around,some idiot called Bradley filander/Philander in the forensics department of African bank says that he cannot pay my money if I dot have a Banking app...what does having a banking app having to do with them issuing me a new card and just transferring the money back into the account,after all it's been months now since they said my issue has been resolved, so now I've been waiting and waiting and still no one gets back to me,I'm so fed up of this damn bank,can someone not help me just to get my money back
