Useless
Paid my Loan account in full on the 17th July 2019, send then the proof of payment, I had to take my time to constantly following up, and requested that I receive my Paid up Letter, till now I haven't had any joy out of this, pathetic service hope I never have to do business with them again in my life, useless.
