Urgent Paid-up letter.

Please people give me a paid up letter because I settled my debt last year in December.The 7 to 14 days waiting period passed long time its been months asking for this simple thing Paid-up letter.

There is a lot I can't do because I appear as someone who owes you yet I settled your debt.
