Urgent need for Credit bureau update

I tried calling the credit department but my phones rang unaswered for long periods. I recently paid off my loan and I need this to reflect on all credit bureaus as a matter of urgency. I am in the process of securing a bond and my banker advised that my credit profile should be updated to show the debt as paid off. Please attend to this as a matter of urgency. My life depends on it.
