Urgent assistance required

I have been an client of African bank for more than 12 months , i have never missed an payment .

However now i am having an issue with applying .

the first time it rejected it was valid , saying that i have not met the 40 days waiting period , this has way passed now we are past 60 days all ready .

Then when i try again it changes the reason to maximum number of loans with you . I have however previously had more than 2 active loans , when i call i struggle to get answers i have been struggling since the start of June i was very nicely handles by the call centre however i cannot wait for 7 days for this to be sorted .
