Urgent assistance needed

Trusting that you are well.

I had made payment arrangements with Eunice from the collections department in regards with my loan account to pay it off in 2 months time and my paid up letter would be sent to me.

I made 2 installments of an amount of R2,537.03 in September and the same amount again in October 2020. On the 4th of November I i received a paid up letter for my loan account. So far I have received 3 calls from the collections department advising of my next installment on my loan account which I thought I settled already.

Please advise on the following :

If you can please elaborate in simpler detail what is the paid up letter for when I am still receiving calls advising of my next installment?

Can you retrieve the initial call (August 2020) were I had made arrangements with Eunice to settle my account in a matter of 2 months.
