Urgent assistance

Hi have tried to contact African bank from last month -I was retrenched last year and the insurance was paying my account ,the month the insurance had ended then before the due date i sent a email -No response this week i have been emailing -I have proof of the email -I need assistance -I am unable to take calls i use my emails and what's app i just started a job on minimum pay and i would to get assistance to get my card back on track -i also asked for the interest late to be lowered I have emailed *** this person keeps saying they will contact me on the email i have advised i am unable to answer calls my phone is not working i will only be able to fix it month end It looks like this is being dismissed -yet my other creditor doesnt have a problem with anything they liaise with me over email and are able to assist me Now my card is block -please unblock it now I cant keep begging over email for help when i advised my phone doesnt work i worked in the evenings till the next morning so i have no one around in the day to have another phone to use for calls so please can you sit with my request I would like -Interest rate relook so i can afford the payment A affordable monthly payment and i would like my card to be unblocked
