Upsetting

it was with great shock when i saw my credit rating this morning. African bank listed me as a late payer? how can this be as you deduct the debit orders???? and i see that i pay monthly fees for arrears??? when i have proof that all my debit orders is paid in time and the mistake is from your side and now i must pay with my credit record
