UPDATING ITC ABOUT MY PAYMENTS

I have a credit card account with African bank, which was opened in 2010, The account was on arrears and the arrears were paid and my account is up to date. African bank does not inform the ITC about my payments and now I'm struggling to receive credit from other institutions because my account is not updated. I've been calling their customer service for them to resolve this issue and its still not resolve.
