Updating ITC

I owed African Bank R30 000. I went and paid R14 000. I have been calling them everytime to update ITC. Everytime I talk to someone, they tell me they are sending the request. I check everyday if it as been updated, which costs me R60 everyday. This is really frustrating as I am really trying to clear my name... I will never take anything with African Bank again. They ruin names. They have been on my neck to pay, and now that atleast I can, they don't do their part. I don't have R60 everyday to waste on ITC report. I have a child to support.
