<p>Years ago I took out a loan with African bank .I paid an installment of R800.i paid diligently for a year and lost my job ,which I reported to the bank in 2007,in 2008 I found a new job with less pay but contacted the bank and made an arrangement to pay R400.i paid that amount for 2years nd lost my job which I again reported to the bank,i last made payment in 2010 ,no one has contacted me in years and I even forgot about this account.i was made aware now as I am in the process of purchasing a property and I drew a credit check to find African Bank still reflecting on my credit profile,ito my knowledge this is a prescribed account nd African bank refuses to update my profile.please assist.</p>
