Updated only 1 Credit bereau but listed me on 3

On the 27th of may i paid my account in full. I asked african bank to please remove my name from itc, because i wanted to buy a vehicle. After numerous emails and follow ups i received a sms today, stating that Experian has been updated!!!! What the hell?????? I cant buy a vehicle because African bank listed me on Transunion and Compuscan as well!!! On transunion it only shows bad debt written off with no amount! But still African bank didnt remove my itc listing from transunion. Im sick and tired of following up and emailing african bank and getting poor customer service from them. I paid my account in full so i expect my name to be recovered in full!!!
