Update on my ITC

i had a credit card and personal loan and they both paid up more than a month ago but when i check my ITC is says it is 8 months overdue for my loan and when i call the call center i'm being send from pillar to post as no one can assist me but i was able to be assisted with my credit card update but when i follow up with my loan no one is able to help me...i spend hours on the phone without resolution...
