Update on forensic investigation

It's been a whole month since African Bank promised they would wrap up the forensic investigation of illicit flows and theft that occurred in my credit card on the very same day my limit was approved.

A way forward was to be agreed upon as soon as forensics are done investigating because the branch has done all the best they could.
