Untransparent

I am so irritating and now regretting why did I invested my money through African Bank. I took a 7days withdrawal investment and I was told I can place a emergency withdrawal. I hv requested emergency withdrawal twice around Jan and Feb if not mistaken and I got the money with no penalty fee charged as I was told the time I took that investment as they said that the bank will use its discretion to validate my reason for request. But now when I want to request for emergency withdrawal I am told that they will charge me I don't even know how much percentage is that. I hv placed it on Thursday da 13august 2020 now I am told I am gonna get it on 17august 2020 which is two days before the 7days of a normal request now of which I hv to pay penalty. I rather close this unreasonable delay to move to a bank that is transparent. I mean why must I wait for 5days for emergency while they are penalizing me? It doesn't make sense at all so disappointed!!! Previously I will get the money a day after the emergency date. Yeses
