Unsuccessful Transaction not reversed
I was paying for my son's cake on 16/09/2020 and the transaction was unsuccessful even though the money went off from my account,I then had to tranfer to the backery's account, which means I paid twice for the same thing, I logged a query on 17/09/2020 provided proof (slip from POS was sent to ***) that the transaction was unsuccessful but till today I still havent got any response, ref ***

21 Sept 2020, 16:56I called back as I was in a meeting, no feedback on my query is still in progress, I don't know for how long, other banks your money gets refunded within an hour,I have spoken to several consultants including the ones at the branch, not sure how many times I have to explain my query in detail,

23 Sept 2020, 16:23Once my query is resolved,if it will ever be, I am taking my salary to another bank and I am closing this account,I can not be in a position to be scared to use my card because something like this can happen again,useless Tinyiko tells me that the money cleared last week without doing any investigation on her side, it been a week nothing has been done on this query,she tells me to call the bakery for them to check if the money is in the account,now I am doing investigation onbehalf of the bank,I am done,

Once my query is resolved,if it will ever be, I am taking my salary to another bank and I am closing this account,I can not be in a position to be scared to use my card because something like this can happen again,useless Tinyiko tells me that the money cleared last week without doing any investigation on her side, it been a week nothing has been done on this query,she tells me to call the bakery for them to check if the money is in the account,now I am doing investigation onbehalf of the bank,I am done,
