Unsatisfactory Service

My husband app**** for a loan last week, gets said its approved and they just needed to do work confirmation. Today they call after we had to contact them first and tell him that his application was unsuccessful. Ridiculous, what *********** staff do they have working for them? Very unprofessional, I'll have to think twice of doing business with them in future.
