Unsatisfactory

I had an investment with this bank 5 years ago, was maturing 26th of May 2024. That money is still with them for a mere reason of not having updated my current banking details, i visited Kokstad Branch the whole of last week till this Monday trying to resolve the issue but in vain even today, as i took a leave for my family brother's funeral with a hope that i ll get my money it turned out different cause i then got forced to go for a loan for me to go back to work yet am monied but kept for nonsensical reason. Am hurt and would never recommend anyone to do anything with this bank whatsoever.
