Unsafe banking system... African Bank is a joke... Loanshark banking.

I reported a ***** case on the 4th August 2022 for 3 transactions that went off my credit card mid July until end of July 2022. Three months later the case is still under investigation and no funds have been recovered. Unlike any other reputable bank that has insurance that safe guards customer's money, African Bank has no safety measures whatsoever. 3months later instead of advising progress, the "forensic" division makes contact to request already submitted documentation... Case number, affidavit mind you the complainants 6 signatures... My question is when will my funds be recovered. None of the consultants have idea when the investigation will be concluded. The whole process is handled unprofessional by a team of ammatures.
