Unreliable

3 Years ago, My account with African bank was listed with suspicious *****. My account was then suspended pending investigations. I submitted all the required documents. But was not responded to. I kept on going to the Bank branches with no luck at all. To my suprise African bank has been debiting the funeral cover from the account that has been suspended, yet i cannot access my own money. This is a financial institution i have entrusted with my personal banking. Yet they just havent been able to resolve the case. Now its 2025, this happend in 2023
