Unredeemable rewards vouchers

Was promised monthly rewards if you swiped your card 10 times, I have been receiving the sms that I get the rewards, the electricity code does not work. Look like n idiot at Pick n Pay trying to redeem my voucher. When I went to the bank, the assistant told me those vouchers are just sent for Pete's sake and they are not working. ****ty bank!!!!
